Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse functions (stockroom, picking, delivery, receiving, returns, etc.)

• Manage cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and transfers.

• Supervise dedicated warehouse staff and ensure appropriate training is up to date.

• Develops and encourage professional growth opportunities within the team and conduct annual reviews.

• Promote a positive work mentality and comradery within the operations staff.

• Ensure that the warehouse is kept neat and organized at all times following 5S housekeeping guidelines.

• Ability to solve problems and become a key resource for the entire warehouse operation.

• Execute on direction provided by all factory leadership within the organization.

• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak business periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical, multi-disciplined team environment.

• Knowledge of Oracle preferred.

• Knowledge of BOM and structure preferred.

• Must have good math skills.

• Must have good computer skills.

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Supply Chain Management

• 5+ years of experience working as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager required.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.  Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
