How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms to drive innovation across various industries, including fleet & EV, Health Benefits, and Corporate Payments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize impactful use cases for AI/ML applications

• Participate in rapid prototyping efforts, focusing on learning from experiments and iterating on solutions to identify the most effective approaches

• Demonstrate creative thinking to develop innovative AI/ML solutions

• Assist in embedding AI/ML models into web and mobile applications

• Contribute to the development of solutions leveraging large language models and other advanced AI techniques to tackle complex problems, such as natural language understanding, text generation, and knowledge representation

• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to extract valuable insights and improve model performance

• Collaborate with our AI platform team to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust AI/ML solutions to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency

• Monitor and optimize AI/ML models to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance in production environments

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to drive innovation

• Actively participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team

Experience You’ll Bring 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

• 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment

• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical modeling techniques

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis

• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative AI/ML solutions

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI/ML projects in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to persevere and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges

• Experience with embedding AI/ML models into web and mobile applications is a plus

• Familiarity with the latest AI capabilities and advancements, including large language models and generative AI, is a plus
