A good HR system does not automatically make a good HR function, but without a good HR system a good HR function won’t exist.
We are searching for a passionate and experienced colleague to support us implementing a group-wide HRS on a multi-company, multi-year roll-out plan.
- You will be the main point of contact and act as the center of expertise for the group wide internal digitalization of HR systems and processes
- You will be the project lead for the implementation and development of our HR software, starting with one of our largest business units and further building a roll-out plan to implement in other businesses as well
- You will be the central contact person for all system related questions for our key users within the people & culture teams and for our managers
- You will plan and coordinate our system updates, adapt to country-specific conditions while ensuring the release and product governance process
- You will provide training and education as well as onboarding support for new users
- You will act as the main interface between the system service provider, internal IT and people operations teams
- You will continuously review the processes and improve and adopt the system according to SOX/Compliance Regulations
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on human resources, (business) informatics or a comparable education
- You have at least five to eight years of professional experience as a project manager
- You are digitally affine and have a high interest in adapting and implementing technical developments
- You convince with your independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working as well as a hands-on mentality and you are able to lead a group of project team members from different functions, companies, culture and countries
- You have profound knowledge in process design and management, ideally in the field of human resources in Germany (France, Sweden, Spain is a plus)
- Ideally, you already have practical experience as a key user or admin in HR software suites such as Sage, Rexx, Personio, Success Factor or similar
- You understand user requirements and translate them into processes and workflows
- You have the ability to think creatively, adapt easily to changing priorities, collaborate with peers, and to move at pace
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
