Job Description
The Senior Contracts Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for all company contractual activities. This includes supporting BARDA-, CEPI-, DOD-, NIH- and CARB-X- funded vaccine programs, and new programs as applicable. This person will interface with various company stakeholders, including executive management, core development team members, funding agencies/organizations, subcontractors and other vendors as applicable.
Job Duties:
Provide consulting services for LBG clients in areas including, but not limited to:
- Represent company as a professional, serve as initial contact point for company contractual activities.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and contract requirements, using sound ethical business practices and judgement.
- Lead major proposal efforts from a business and contracts perspective in close coordination with technical stakeholders.
- Support subcontract management activities, including contractual support of RFP processes.
- Prepare and coordinate business correspondence with core stakeholders to ensure timely program schedule performance.
- Maintain accurate and complete contract files.
- Advise senior leadership of contractual rights, risks, and obligations.
- Review, draft, and maintain corporate contract and agreement templates.
- Ensure a high standard of service and confidentiality to internal and external stakeholders is maintained and enhanced.
- Demonstrate and inspire confidence and trust of others. Maintain the highest standards of personal integrity.
Support other company business efforts as required.
- Support the growth of the company and sale of new engagements.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of demonstrated contracts management experience (10+ preferred). MBA, J.D. or NCMA
