You are: Change Management/Communication Lead
- Shape the change management and communications vision and strategy.
- Define the appropriate change initiatives including the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change and communications.
- Measure progress toward the target state.
- Oversee project internal and client-facing change management and communications initiatives.
- Identify when to change initiatives are required and build campaigns to increase customers capacity to learn, adapt and transform
- Translate change initiatives into working visions and strategies to enable customers to understand and want to use technology solutions
Here is what you need:
- Create compelling communications to enable change management and enhance user experience (mini meetings, PowerPoint, postcards)
- Create communications to highlight the outcomes delivered during development and upon completion of development to help us tell our "good news stories" to inspire customer confidence and achieve additional on contract growth

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
