Requirements

What will your day-to-day work look like?

Manage and oversee a range of digital projects throughout their entire lifecycle, balancing discovery, design and technical implementation phases.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams across departments, including Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Writing, Design, and Development.
Ensure projects run smoothly by monitoring timelines, budgets, communication flow, and task completion, leveraging project management tools and standardized routines.
Lead flexible, evolving projects where requirements may change, adjusting scope and approach to align with clients' needs and business goals.
Create, track, and manage budgets and produce detailed reports to maintain transparency for both the client and our company.

What do you need?

3+ years in project management, ideally with exposure to digital product delivery, including UX/UI design, development, research, and analytics.
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools, particularly Jira and time-tracking platforms (we use Productive).
Proven ability to support cross-functional teams (10-15 members) through both design and development phases with a product-focused mindset.
Experience managing projects in one- to two-week sprints using agile methodologies.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2+).
A solid understanding of the capabilities and constraints of modern technologies, with the ability to shape projects to meet business goals within set timelines and budgets.
Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for the execution of assigned projects with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned on project goals.
Willingness to learn and tackle challenging projects that push boundaries.
