An agile transformation is already ongoing for several years, with a global adoption of SAFe, DevOps, Scrum, Kanban within our teams.  <br/> We need you for this change! As a Release Train Engineer, you will support teams within an Agile Release Train in their delivery performance improvements. You will be part of the team leading our Agile Release Trains in their continuous improvement. </p> </p> <p> </p> <h2>What You Will Do  </h2> <ul> <li> <p>support teams as their Release Train Engineer </p> </li> <li> <p>coaching of individuals and teams and helping them apply agile principles and practices  </p> </li> <li> <p>facilitating continuous improvement at all levels of the organization </p> </li> <li> <p>taching Agile practices and principles </p> </li> <li> <p>remove roadblocks that can impede progress </p> </li> </ul>  <p>What You Bring </p> <ul> <li> <p>you are a SAFe certified Release Train Engineer, have profound know-how in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban…), lean practices </p> </li> <li> <p>you are pragmatic, not dogmatic.
