As Senior Manager, you will ensure that our master data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with global standards – enabling reliable, data-driven decisions across business functions.</p><p></p><p>You will collaborate across functions and regions, working closely with local data stewards, IT, compliance, and business teams. This is a hands-on role with leadership elements and a direct impact on our data quality, business operations, and compliance standards.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Ensure the quality and consistency of global master data across domains such as product, customer, supplier, and material</p></li><li><p>Work closely with regional and local Data Stewards and business teams to align on governance requirements and data quality goals</p></li><li><p>Implement and monitor global Data Governance policies, standards, and processes</p></li><li><p>Detect and resolve data anomalies, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the execution of enterprise projects involving Master Data Management (MDM), data harmonization, or digital transformation</p></li><li><p>Support system migrations and implementations with a focus on master data readiness and quality</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain documentation, process standards, and training materials to support scalable master data operations</p></li><li><p>Generate and analyze data quality reports to identify trends and recommend corrective actions</p></li><li><p>Contribute to defining metadata standards and enhancing MDM strategy execution across systems and geographies</p></li><li><p>Evaluate and support the integration of governance tools that enable data stewardship, lineage, and compliance</p></li><li><p>Support training and change management efforts to increase data literacy and foster adoption of governance best practices</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve data management capabilities</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Profile</b></p><ul><li><p>6+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, or enterprise data stewardship, preferably in the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sector</p></li><li><p>4+ years of leadership experience, including managing distributed teams and senior stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in implementing or improving data stewardship programs across functional areas</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and master data management tools</p></li><li><p>Experience with data quality management, cleansing, and analysis tools is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured work approach</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in intercultural and cross-functional environments</p></li><li><p>Able to present complex information clearly and effectively</p></li><li><p>Proactive, solution-driven, and reliable mindset</p></li><li><p>Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us</b></p><p>At Fresenius Kabi, we improve the lives of patients by ensuring that every detail—from product quality to data accuracy—is managed with care.
