Balance Carried Forward Analyst

Pay: $13.75/hour + Potential for Performance-based Bonus

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

LOCATION: In Office, Hybrid, and remote 

We currently offer remote work to qualified applicants that live within 30 miles of Logan, UT, Salt Lake City, UT, or Mandan, ND.

Overview

Our Balance Carried Forward (BCF) Analyst efficiently and thoroughly research past due balances to determine cause and resolution to ensure client accounts are current and in good-standing. We value analytical thinking here at Conservice, so you’ll need to be able to independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issues. Responsibilities

As a Balance Carried Forward Specialist, you will: 

• Communicate through phone and/or email with utility providers to research previous balances
• Resolve and document causes of previous balances in Conservice software
• Find errors in payments that have been misapplied

Qualifications

• Are able to explain a complex idea - both verbally and in writing - using clear, professional language
• Act with composure and patience during stressful situations
• Can solve problems independently, using the resources and tools provided
• Are committed to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software

 

Education & Experience

• Feel comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Microsoft Excel
