Sales - National Manager, Sales
Summary: Responsible for developing business opportunities and securing new orders for Everllence across the North American market. This role promotes Everllence solutions, builds and maintains customer relationships, identifies new prospects, and coordinates cross-functional support throughout the sales process. The position serves as a key representative of the Everllence brand while collaborating across regional, technical, commercial, and multicultural teams to support customer needs and business growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Everllence products and solutions to current and prospective clients across North America.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new prospects within the assigned region.
• Originate, develop, and manage sales opportunities from initial lead generation through order intake.
• Create and execute account strategies and sales plans for the assigned area of responsibility.
• Analyze customer RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, and guide the bid team on key requirements, deadlines, and documentation needs.
• Manage bid activities, including coordination of technical and commercial inputs, risk identification, and internal approvals.
• Collaborate with Tendering, Commercial, Technical, PrimeServ, Marketing, and other internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and coordinate internal support to address customer requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business planning and product development.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records in company systems and provide reports as required.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts for awarded orders in coordination with appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Support marketing and business development activities through market data, customer insights, product presentations, and technical sales assistance.
Required Education: Bachelors Degree preferred.
Required Experience: Approximately 5 years of related experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager, preferably in the Energy/Power generation business Oil & Gas or similar markets.
Required 3rd party Certifications/Qualifications: None.
Other skills:
• Detailed understanding of power plants, engines, turbomachinery, and service businesses from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital sales/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of generator portfolios from major turbine and engine manufacturers.
Physical Requirements: The majority of the time this position requires sitting in one place for several hours working with a personal computer. Domestic and foreign travel required.
