RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Provide administrative and operational support to Recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
· Draft and prepare offer letters in alignment with company templates and hiring guidelines.
· Create, update, and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including Paycom and relevant job boards.
· Assist with resume screening and conduct initial candidate phone screenings as needed.
· Schedule candidate interviews, coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers.
· Support onboarding activities, including background check processing, document collection, and system setup in Paycom.
· Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation logistics in collaboration with HR.
· Maintain and update the weekly vacancy report to ensure accurate tracking of open positions and hiring status.
· Provide assistance with the credentialing process for licensed and clinical professionals.
· Ensure all onboarding tasks within Paycom are completed accurately and on schedule.
· Maintain academic affiliation documentation and assist in the coordination of student placements or internships.
· Support job description updates and maintenance within the Paycom system.
· Assist in preparation and logistics for career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Experience working in an HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition environment preferred.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Paycom is a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Previous experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, or recruitment events is a plus.
· Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
