Advanced Imaging Cardiologist

The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking an outstanding BC/BE noninvasive cardiologist to join a high-volume practice in an academic tertiary care setting. The candidate is expected to have expertise in advanced cardiac imaging well as general cardiology.  The candidate must be board certified in cardiac CT, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, and proficient in cardiac MR with at least 3 years dedicated experience in practicing cardiac imaging in a practice of adequate volume of patients. The ideal candidate should be level 3 trained for CT and MRI. Additional responsibilities would include hospital service rotation and participation in outpatient clinics which are aligned with the individuals’ expertise. Teaching students, residents, fellows, and engaging scholarly activities are expected in accordance with the Mayo Clinic Model of Care.

 

Must be board certified in cardiac CT, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology; in addition, must be able to obtain Florida state medical license.
