Trilateral Research have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our enthusiastic and fun Corporate Services team!

In this role, you will be a key member of the HR and Corporate Services team, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of the HR and office administration service.


What are your responsibilities?


  • To manage all aspects of HR onboarding, off boarding and contract administration for employees, contractors and consultants, in a timely and efficient manner, managing third party relationships as necessary.
  • Facilitating administration of HR-related queries such as employers references, mortgage reference requests, annual leave queries, etc.
  • To ensure that all filing, both physical and digital, is maintained in a correct manner.
  • To ensure that the information maintained in the HRInformation System is correct and maintained in the required way.
  • To ensure payroll changes are communicated to Finance each month in a timely and organised manner.
  • To ensure that confidentiality and data protection principles are maintained at all times.
  • To ensure that all specialist admin such as ID checks, Security vetting etc. is administered correctly.
  • To deliver HR administration advice and guidance to all internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • To support administration of other Corporate Services service delivery e.g. learning and development, talent acquisition as required.
  • To support general HR and office administration, includinf communciation, arranging couriers, purchasing and other general office admin.
  • To help focus on continuous improvement in administrative processes.

Professional knowledge and technical skills

  • Good MS Office skills – intermediate level
  • Project management experience an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication


Required education and experience

  • Minimum two years of generalist administration experience
  • One year of HR administration experience would be desirable

Location: This position is open to candidates based in reland

Contract type: Maternity cover, 9-months fixed-term contract

Start date: 1st November 2023

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Hours: Full-time
