Client Home Care Services /RN/LPN

Home Helpers in Williston is seeking the right person to fill our RN role!
What would you be doing?

• Assist with initial and ongoing assessments of Clients and the services they're receiving to ensure the best quality of care is being provided
• Escort Clients to their doctor appointments and document the visits properly
• Train new Caregivers on Client specific care and routines
• Ensure Client binders are up to date on any new information and documentation
• Coordinate with the hospitals during patient discharge
• Rotate having the "on-call phone" during weekends, evenings, and holidays to handle any off-hour emergencies
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed
• Be present for Caregiver Meetings
• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by the Agency Manager

1. Must be 21+ years old
2. LPN/RN Required
