Requirements
Powder Mountain is seeking Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. This is a great start in the Culinary Arts world.

Performance Expectations:
- Responsible for leading the prep kitchen team in daily tasks; opening/closing, cleanliness, and positive cohesion as a team.
- Work directly with F&B manager for staffing and scheduling needs.
- Develop and keep current a flow plan that maximizes the use of the commissary kitchen for all outlets.
- Plan and execute daily menu and daily offerings.
- Adherence to early morning starts and potential late evenings.
Role Specific Qualifications:
- Strong understand of safe use of kitchen equipment: ovens, grills, fryers, knives
- Current Utah Food Handlers Permit (required)
- 2 years Kitchen Management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40+ lbs.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8+ hours).
- Continual use of manual dexterity for safe us of knives, slicers, mixers, pots, pans, other sharp objects, electrical shocks, etc.
