Pharmacist - Oncology

Responsible for sterile preparation of chemotherapy/oncology medications and other infusible medications for an infusion center established in a clinic setting. Verifies and assists physicians with medication selection, formula preparations, dosage calculations as well as maintaining accurate dispensing records and patient records for each patient that is cared for by the infusion unit. This position carries the responsibility to ensure accurate and quality pharmacy and customer service is provided in a professional manner in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
- Successful completion of training in the specialized functions of preparing and dispensing compounded parenteral products, including the principles of aseptic technique and quality assurance
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Pharmacy experience
