Field Sales - Team Lead

As a member of the Sales Team in Viva Wallet, you will be providing a first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs.
You will also be responsible for maximizing the potential of your sales team, developing sales plans and justifying these plans to your management.

More specifically, as Team Leader, you will :

- Be responsible for designing and implementing a strategy to expand the company's customer base and ensure market presence;

- Establish a commercial relationship with these prospects and customers, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate Viva Wallet offers.

- Be responsible for closing sales of these products/services as well as those of your team;

- Maintain customer data / other relevant information in the CRM;

- Ensure that you and your team meet and exceed your targets.

o Management :

- Support, monitor and coach your teams by communicating your expectations and objectives clearly and positively;

- Identify training needs, career opportunities and talents of your team members;

- Present the company's products and services and their features/benefits in a positive and convincing way, and share them with your teams;

- Ensure team spirit and up-to-date skills.

Requirements

• Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages
• Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
• Strong organizational and diary management skills;
• The motivation to succeed, both personally and financially;
• significant experience in managing and/or coaching a sales team;
• Excellent user of French & English

Desirable

• Previous sales experience in the Payment Services or Cards Terminals industry
