The Branch Administrator will interface with customers, vendors, and employees and serves as the main liaison with Interstate’s corporate accounting, Human Resources and Administrative Departments. This Branch Administrator involves handling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Branch Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Assist customers with account information, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Handle cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals accurately.
- Oversee office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure the branch’s physical environment is well-maintained, clean, and safe.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures within the branch.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate staff schedules and track attendance.
Branch Administrator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
