What you'll do:
- Develop and execute search marketing strategies across Google and Bing, focusing on both brand and non-brand searches, as well as PLA
- Train and mentor associate team members, ensuring quality assurance in all aspects of the search marketing process
- Lead strategy setting and implement optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance
- Keep a close eye on performance metrics, particularly Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and adjust strategies accordingly
- Measure the incrementality of campaigns and assess their contribution to overall business goals
- Forecast category demand by analyzing keyword volume and market trends
- Regularly communicate performance insights and shifts to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations
What we're looking for:
- 4-5 years experience in Paid Search
- Skilled in executing campaigns on Google and Bing
- Focus on campaign strategy and meeting KPI's
- Experience with training and mentoring associate team members
- Keen eye for detail in QA'ing campaigns
