Bi-lingual Social Media Marketing Specialist (Mandarin & English)

One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking dynamic and customer-driven individuals to drive sales within assigned markets and provide outstanding service to its diverse client base. The Bi-lingual Mandarin & English Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing the company’s services on a variety of platforms. This position will report directly to FLEX’s Director of Enrollment and Marketing.

What you’ll do:

Marketing

• Market company services on a variety of platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat and Redbook
• Support the Director of Marketing and Enrollment
• Collaborate with the Enrollment and Marketing team on ideal methods to target specific audiences

Where you’ll do it:

● Southern California: Irvine – Hybrid schedule AFTER the first 60 days.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

● MUST be able to speak and write in BOTH Mandarin and English.

● 1+ years of social media marketing exp

● BONUS = 1+ year exp of WeChat or Redbook

● Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport with others

● Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills

● Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
