This role acts as a bridge between management and production staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and resolving issues to maintain productivity and deadlines.</p> <p><strong><u>What You Get To Do:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Counsel, mentor, coach, and develop employees.</li> <li>Coordinate production workflow throughout the department and move resources as needed.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate to opposite shifts to ensure proper shift handoffs.</li> <li>Ensure all crew members are prepared and ready for duty including having their proper PPE.</li> <li>Ability to enforce all company guidelines, standards, and policies including Safety & Quality.</li> <li>Ability to make quick business decisions such as adjusting/moving personnel, as needed to meet product requirements</li> <li>Perform daily quality checks</li> <li>Cross trained to safely operate all equipment and cover all positions as needed.</li> <li>Train department employees to safely and accurately perform tasks to predetermined standards.</li> <li>Notify management of equipment malfunctions and other potential safety issues.</li> <li>Maintain accurate production records, report issues, and suggest improvements.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in onboarding and training new team members on processes and safety.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Address production delays, equipment malfunctions, and staffing challenges promptly.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours</li> <li>Twist, bend, stoop and kneel</li> <li>Lift, push, pull and move up to 75lbs individually or 150lb
