What will you do?
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Oregon State Hospital(OSH), Clinical Services in Salem, Oregon has a fantastic career opportunity for a Treatment Care Plan Specialist to assist the Interdisciplinary Team in developing, implementing and evaluating patient centered treatment. The TCP Specialist is a core member of the treatment team who shall perform the following key functions; coordination of all IDT meetings, facilitate the development of TCP’s, and integration of all aspects of patient care into the TCP including Behavior Support Plans, Emergency Treatment Care Plans, STARTs, and other key assessments.
