The role focuses on strategic revenue operations and contract analysis. Responsibilities include implementing collections policies, supporting clinician staffing budgets and forecasting, and preparing analyses for informed business decisions. The position also involves evaluating contract performance, recommending terms, and maintaining accurate records. This role will also be collaborating with the finance department for month end close, invoice generation, and reconciliation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business, or Finance or other healthcare related field preferred. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of closely related experience with operations, contract analytics, finance, or other related healthcare field.
• 5 years Experience in operations or finance/accounting or contracting analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Business, or Finance or other healthcare related field preferred.
• 1 year Experience in Telehealth.
