Full‑Time | Martinsville, IN
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM & Every Other Weekend

As a Patient Care Specialist II at our Martinsville, Indiana location, you play a direct role in supporting patient safety, structure, and long‑term recovery. In this role, you will partner closely with the Patient Care Manager and Executive Director to help establish and maintain a therapeutic, recovery‑focused environment for residents.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Associate degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Check in with the Patient Care Manager at the start of each shift to receive resident updates and assignments
- Supervise resident care during assigned AM and PM shifts
- Supervise patient medications, document all incoming medications, and coordinate with nursing and medical providers regarding medication compliance
- Maintain resident schedules throughout the shift
- Observe and ensure adherence to house rules and program expectations
- Monitor resident chores and work projects
- Facilitate didactic groups and assist with recreational activities that promote comfort, safety, and recovery
- Model appropriate behavior and reinforce a structured, therapeutic environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
