The Team

This position is available as a six-month internship starting asap or an apprenticeship starting September 2024. Joining our French Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our Communication Manager and Marketing Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Social Media:

• Participate in the creation of the editorial calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Engage and manage the community across our various French social media channels according to the pre-defined strategy

• Implement commercial and non-commercial events across our digital platforms

• Propose inspirational and business-centric content ideas

• Participate in brand interviews, coordinating with the sales managers, and overseeing scripting, video creation, and editing for distribution across our digital channels

• Tasked with creating designs using a graphic design tool, conducting competitive monitoring, managing community moderation, along with monthly reporting and weekly performance tracking

Public Relations (PR):

• Assist in developing and executing operational strategies for press & public relations, public relations and partnerships

• Provide support in the management of corporate and institutional partnerships (Federations, CCI, etc.)

• Coordinate communication strategies with various internal stakeholders

• Identify and connect with brands and retailers for featuring in diverse communication actions

• Support the PR & Communication Manager in handling the PR agency

• Provide assistance during the organization of events, coordinating with service providers and partners

• Undertake competitive and market monitoring

Requirements

• Must hold a Bac +4/ +5 from a business school, or equivalent university degree with a specialization in digital communication

• A previous experience in community management is desired

• Proficiency in using social networks, managing content, and creating communication materials is necessary

• A knowledge of the French media ecosystem will be appreciated

• Must be proficient in Figma and/or other graphic design tools

• A versatile and organized individual who can effortlessly switch between projects

• An autonomous person with a proactive attitude will be highly appreciated

• Native-level French and B2 (minimum) English required
