About the role

The Sr. HR Systems & Support Analyst will act as subject matter expert on LCG360 Oracle HCM as a whole. They will lead all efforts related to configuration, audit, update, and maintenance of HR areas in the system.  This role will support the HR Data Integrity Manager to ensure execution of regular employee data audits are conducted, identifying root causes, seeking opportunities for efficiencies or system improvements, and work collaboratively with HR, Operations, and IT teams to drive results.  They will resolve both Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets as assigned in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate would be based in either the Eastern or Central Time Zone states with expected travel to Support Central in Novi, MI 2-4 times per year or once per quarter.  

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and effectively communicate personal electronic record related policies and procedures to ensure integrity of data is upheld and records are maintained in accordance with Company policy, applicable legal and system requirements.
  • Maintain internal SOP documents. Leverage quarterly regression testing and releases to review and update to ensure documents are reflective of current processes.  Communicate documentation changes to the team. 
  • Execute processes associated with assigned reporting requests.
  • Regularly audit data related to transactional processing of data changes within LCG360. Make recommendations for process improvements or system enhancements. Partner with Manager of HR Data Integrity to prioritize.
  • Research and identify opportunities to expand reporting in PowerBI, OTBI, or internal reports to enhance the organization’s ability to identify trends, articulate a compelling HR data analytics story, or be leveraged to enhance or improve business functionality. Partner cross-functionally to deliver on these initiatives.
  • Work with IT to conduct all Oracle HCM system configuration, regression, and quarterly release testing as assigned by IT or HR Data Integrity Manager and in accordance with IT project plans. 
  • Configure, maintain, test, and create or update documentation of all processes related to onboarding module in LCG360. Partner with stakeholders to ensure validity and compliance of contents of tasks, making changes in accordance with IT, HR leadership or Legal request processes.      Ensure system configuration and workflows function as expected, and reporting is created in accordance with business needs. Regularly audit contents and partner with stakeholders to update as applicable.
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure the day is organized in such a way that all critical HR and Payroll deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), supporting initiatives across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Experience.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Oracle IT teams and HR Centers of Excellence, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Work directly with business users and technical staff providing functional and technical support for LCG360 HR environments. 
  • Perform business analysis tasks for project initiatives including proposing solutions, defining and documenting specifications to meet business requirements, testing, and assisting in implementation efforts.
  • Support HR Data Integrity Manager on a variety of projects and ServiceNow maintenance as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years’ Oracle Cloud HCM experience required.
  • 5-6 years’ experience in a Business or Human Resources environment with multi-unit experience preferred.
