What you'll do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of internet sales professionals to achieve individual and team-based sales goals.
• Inspire your team to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for every customer.
• Think strategically to fully utilize the CRM system, maximizing every lead and walk-in opportunity.
• Maintain strong phone skills, focusing on outbound lead follow-up and closing sales opportunities.
• Interact daily with customers, sales associates, store management, and financial services teams.
• Use creativity and data-driven strategies to increase market share, meet sales targets, and achieve profit margins.
• Develop new salespeople into top performers and retain a high-performing team.

What you'll need:

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record of success in automotive retail sales and internet sales.
• Skilled in deal structuring, desking, and credit analysis.
