Job Description

Qubix (a Version 1 Company) is looking for a proven Financial Consolidation and Close Transformation Consulting leader with a deep Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background and a specific focus in financial consolidation and close solutions. This role involves a primary responsibility to help our customers achieve success through outstanding delivery, as well as to help Qubix (a Version 1 Company) grow the Close and Consolidation Practice by supporting the pre-sales process and business development activities.

Role Overview

We are a global Oracle Platinum partner specializing in the full range of Oracle ERP, EPM, Analytics and OCI solutions and offer best in class consultancy services. We work with some of the biggest and known global organizations in the world, and we have an impressive portfolio of 1000+ client engagements. We now operate in 5 territories, the USA, UK, Slovenia, India, and AUS. Our India operation has established a world-class Close and Consolidation Practice to support the delivery efforts of the USA.

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated individual to join our USA team as the Financial Close Transformation Principal Consultant. This role requires a credentialed background, deep functional expertise, proven Oracle HFM/FDM(EE) and / or EPM Cloud (e.g. FCCS, ARCS, NR), and consulting experience. We will consider applicants that come from industry (this may be your calling!). The role involves the ability to lead successful delivery engagements from a technical and functional perspective, and partnering with our India team as well as newcomers as we scale the USA practice. The role also requires the ability to develop strong relationships through a customer-service delivery mindset. This role will require excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Experience: 10 years of Oracle EPM experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead successful transformation projects
• Develop strong relationships
• Persuade customers to select Qubix (now a Version 1 Company) as their preferred partner for
• Oracle EPM Close solutions
• Actively promote yourself and the company as a thought leader in the industry via public speaking and social media sharing
• Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations, case studies, and best practices
• Support sales team during the sales cycle by building / delivering demonstrations, effort estimations, and resource estimations
• Expand capability by mentoring team members.
• This role has varied and complex duties that will require independent judgment and proactive communications

Minimum Requirements

• Degree: CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA
• Deep understanding of functional areas like financial close and consolidation framework, statutory reporting, account reconciliations, and financial control
• 10+ years of previous Oracle EPM, on-premises Hyperion Financial Management, Financial Data Quality Management (Enterprise Edition) and / or Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud
• Service delivery experience. Account Reconciliation Cloud Service, Narrative Reporting, and Tax Reporting Close Service a plus
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Must not have any travel related legal restrictions
• Fantastic verbal, written and presentation communications skills
• Experience mentoring less experienced members of a team
• Ability to work autonomously
• Passionate about helping customers on the digital finance transformation journey
• Proven track recor
