We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Residential New Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description: As an HVAC Residential New Construction Project Manager at R&R Heating and A/C, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating HVAC installations for new residential construction projects. You will work closely with our clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead HVAC installation projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to assess project requirements.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Procure necessary equipment, materials, and labor resources.
• Oversee and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork,heating, and cooling units.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget goals.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
