This full-time role supports daily operations within the dental practice and involves chairside assistance during procedures as needed, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.Job duties and qualifications
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment
- Sterilize and prepare instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist the Dentist during dental procedures as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiar with Dentrix, scheduling patient appointments, communicating with patients over the phone
- CPR certification and X-Ray certification preferred
- Wage of $20 to $24 per hour based on experience
