Senior Designer

Tahzoo, a globally recognized digital transformation agency, is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our team. As an Architect for the Experience Age, Tahzoo simplifies the customer experience through strategic innovation, experience design, and technology. With a team of over 100 architects, engineers, developers, marketers, and strategists, we work collaboratively with our clients to deliver creative and technical solutions worldwide. Our Senior Designer will play a pivotal role in leading design projects, developing innovative solutions, and partnering with our clients to bring their customer journeys to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects from ideation to execution, while ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Partner with clients to define project requirements, and collaborate with team members to create innovative design solutions that align with the client’s strategic goals.
• Develop and present design concepts and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Create and manage design systems, including brand guidelines, pattern libraries, and design templates.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to execute design projects at a high level.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new techniques and methodologies into design projects.
• Coordinate with developers, engineers, and other team members to ensure an optimal user experience across all channels and touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating innovative digital solutions.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Experience in designing for a variety of digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and email.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of design systems and best practices, with the ability to create and manage them effectively.
