Liberty House, a program of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is currently is looking for a strategically minded and self-motivated individual to lead our team as Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership of Liberty House and ensuring the program provides efficient and effective support services to clients by connecting them to available resources.

At Liberty House our mission is to remember, honor and support our veterans by connecting them to available resources and providing a safe, substance-free transitional house. Join our dedicated team of professionals as we assist our resident and community Veterans in achieving self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing daily operations, resident services, and special events

· Managing and supporting staff 

· Leading recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and staff development

· Coordinating resident admissions, case management, activities, and savings/rent collections

· Representing Liberty House at community events and managing our social media presence

· Supporting compliance with State and Federal regulations, safety codes, and Catholic Charities’ core values

· Serving as Acting Executive Director in their absence

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred 

· Minimum 3 years of senior level human services program management. 

· Experience developing and executing a strategic plan.
