What You Will Do:

• Provide leadership, strategy and execution oversight for Guidehouse’s AI Technology inclusive of strategic delivery and platform teams
• Lead the AI Studio team of AI experts to deliver solutions for clients and Guidehouse.
• Triage new use case requests in collaboration with the Strategy & Architecture Lead.
• Design, architect, build, test, and deploy new prototypes/proof of concepts.
• Collaborate with Technology Account Leads on the development of new AI solutions.
• Support client delivery related to innovative projects involving advanced AI solutions.
• Lead the delivery of AI projects for Guidehouse’s internal AI transformation.
• Experiment with new technologies to enable future solutions.
• Represent the company at industry-specific conferences and podcasts on AI & data technology and platforms.
• Collaborate with the Strategy & Architecture Lead to identify emerging technologies for scaling.
• Provide leadership to platform leaders and ensure platform teams meet performance objectives.
• Oversee Platform COEs for AI & Data Technology, ensuring they maintain updated assets and accelerators (e.g., credentials, briefing decks, quals matrix, etc.).
• Work with Platform Leads to develop industry-specific thought leadership in collaboration with Marketing.
• Coordinate with Platform Leads to determine budgets for annual budget planning.
• Provide leadership support in vendor conversations and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners.

What You Will Need:

• 15+ years experience in leading AI and data technology teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Deep technical expertise in AI and data technologies, including platforms like Palantir and Databricks.
• Strategic planning and budgeting experience.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation.
• Public speaking and thought leadership experience

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Cross-industry expertise, especially in regulated sectors like healthcare, defense, and financial services
• Developing industry-specific thought leadership in collaboration with marketing.
• Experience speaking at conferences and podcasts to represent the firm’s AI capabilities.
• Experience building and scaling AI teams, including hiring across data science, engineering, and strategy roles

The annual salary range for this position is $270,000.00-$450,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
