JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. This remote position involves substantial travel, primarily for onboarding new team members as we continue to expand our operations nationwide. Candidates must be prepared to travel by plane or car several times per month, sometimes for up to a week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire onboarding activities
- Attend and actively participate in employee meetings
- Handle new employee inquiries related to compensation and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and procedures
- Provide counseling and training to managers on company policies and procedures
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist
- Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time, sometimes on short notice
- Enjoy resolving concerns and working collaboratively with people
- Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders across the organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in ADP and Microsoft Office
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Proficiency in both languages required
