Responsibilities

This position has a business and operational orientation and is responsible for the overall cashless experience, including direct oversight of Resort Wallet, Cardless Connect, and any 3rd-party relationships related to Mobile App support. 
In addition, this person will work closely with UX and other teams to ensure the cashless guest experience is optimized. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The role serves as a bridge between customers, UX (User Experience) and development teams – identifying target customers, prioritizing features and meeting directly with the customers to demonstrate and advocate for their product. Furthermore, the PM also collects customer feedback and provides that to the development teams so that the product is being optimized based on customer needs. 
This position requires the flexibility to act autonomously while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures. 
This position is located within commuting distance of Las Vegas, NV. 

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the product champion; define Product Vision, drive innovation and align stakeholders around the vision for the product
  • Manage Product Roadmap, feature prioritization, ROI and Go-To Market (GTM) strategy to drive penetration of IGT Casino Systems products and generate maximum business value for IGT
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the Systems business unit to develop business plans, go-to-market strategy, define pricing and offering expertise in market analysis, competitive positioning, key benefits, and identify target market & customers.
  • Work with CSMs (Customer Success Managers) to drive adoption and penetration of key products within the Casino Systems portfolio
  • Support customer meetings, demonstrations, and knowledge sharing activities to drive adoption of key products and ensure that the Product Roadmap aligns with customers’ needs – this is a customer facing role.
  • Identify and report on product KPIs and success factors
  • Support coordination, influence activities of cross-functional teams and help remove roadblocks with the achievement of product objectives and outcomes
  • Partner with Sales to identify global demand for key Advantage products.
  • Act as a new product introduction (NPI) process champion
  • Prepare, facilitate and/or participate in, executive-level reporting and steering committee meetings.

 

DUTIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Act as the product champion
  • Work with Development, Compliance, and Services teams to ensure the deliverables meet the proposed solution. 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement during delivery life cycle.
  • Develop detailed business cases to justify product development investments based on customer and general market feedback.
  • Work with various development teams to help translate customer feedback/needs into a cohesive solution in addition to individual product requirements.
  • Prepare and facilitate, or participate in, executive-level reporting and steering committee meetings.
