ASSISTANT SECURITY MANAGER 

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for an Assistant Security Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The Assistant Security Manager helps manage and supervise the day to day security forces for Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Sensei Lana’i, and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

• Serve as a vital member of the Security Team, maintaining a safe and secure environment for relaxation and business activities 

• Establish, promote, and maintain hotel security and property protection standards 

• Oversee and support the 24-hour security team to provide consistent coverage and response 

• Lead daily operations of the Security Team, including staffing, training, and team development. 

• Respond to and investigate security incidents, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with management and law enforcement.
