Job Summary
This position oversees the centralized collections process for US and Canada businesses with team, dunning notices, automatic dialers and heavy branch interaction.

Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Positive Customer experience during dunning process
Increased productivity and cost savings
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Recommend and oversee development of action plans to address collection issues
Design and lead implementation of processes and other improvement measures for Collections operations
Establish and implement new solutions based on detailed analysis and validation of processes
Set KPIs and manage team to target goals
Provide KPI’s update weekly for each team to Senior Leadership
Publish internal monthly reports summarizing results to operational management in a timely manner and in a useful format to aid in understanding of A/R status.
Team Building Skills – able to manage a Collection team efficiently
Develop training strategy and materials for Collections team
Provide innovative solutions for automation in information processes
Facilitate Weekly Meetings and Annual Meetings
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
5 to 7 years experience in Credit & Collection required
Strong Computer Skills – Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience required
Experience managing collection function and working cross-functionally
Understanding of credit reporting systems (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet/Equifax)
Experience with credit worthiness assessment, credit line assignment
Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent Written and Verbal Communications
Able to work independently in a Challenging Environment
Previous managerial/leadership experience; medium to large team experience preferred
Prior experience with pest control industry a plus

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
BS/BA in accounting/finance or equivalent experience required
Base Pay Range: $85,600 - $111,200 / year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
