We are currently hiring for a Program Coordinator who can help drive growth for Coinbase across various onchain functions, inclusive of Base, Coinbase Wallet, and more.

Building strong relationships with developers is critical to the success of our efforts.  We are looking for a Programme Coordinator who can help cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with builders, creators, infrastructure providers, and other relevant industry players.

 What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): 

• Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with builders, creators, infrastructure providers, and other relevant industry players.
• Maintain  productive relationships with partners, establishing shared KPIs and resolving business, policy and technical issues.
• Support all elements of the partner management life cycle:  scoping of opportunities, identifying potential partners,  framing of value, negotiating agreements, and implementation and optimization.
• Provide strategic recommendations for partner expansion opportunities that have direct impact on product roadmap and business goals.
• Assist in the development, execution, and scaling of integration programs that position Base as a preferred network amongst developers.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize builder programs and experiences, prioritizing efficiency and automation.
• Establish and manage customer feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in our tools and products.
• Work cross functionally with key stakeholders, e.g. finance, legal, compliance,  security, to operationalize partnerships, set business goals and coordinate success metrics.
