What You'll Be Doing
- Perform sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment in accordance with quality standards
- Communicate findings and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality control processes
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated knowledge of aggregate materials and quality control procedures
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and testing standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
