What You'll Be Doing

• Perform sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment in accordance with quality standards
• Communicate findings and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality control processes

• Demonstrated knowledge of aggregate materials and quality control procedures
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and testing standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
