Project Engineer – Hybrid, Remote Possible - Primary Responsibilities:

• Pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, preparation of site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, and utility plans.      
• Performance of hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and preparing stormwater management plans and reports.
• Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.

The candidate hired may be eligible for a significant signing bonus.

Requirements

Project Engineer – Hybrid, Remote Possible - Skills and Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in land development design and civil engineering including grading, utility, and stormwater design
• Attention to detail and self-initiative.
• Ability to delegate tasks to team members.
• Advanced technical writing and oral communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software is needed.
