Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable email deliverability: The Senior Email Deliverability Specialist is responsible for ensuring company emails reach the target audience's inbox with the highest possible engagement rates. This involves analyzing infrastructure, managing domain and IP reputations, and implementing long-term deliverability strategies.
Advanced diagnostics and strategic analysis: The role requires a thorough audit of technical aspects like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configurations, and blacklist monitoring.
Sender reputation management: Proactively manage the organization’s sender reputation to prevent blacklisting and minimize spam complaints.
Collaboration with marketing teams: Align email strategies with marketing goals and best deliverability practices to increase email efficiency and scale.
Compliance with email regulations: Stay updated on email regulations (e.g., GDPR) to ensure all campaigns comply with legal and provider standards.
Analysis and reporting: Regularly analyze delivery performance and provide actionable insights for improving engagement and efficiency.
Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing or deliverability.
Proven track record of improving email deliverability metrics.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Customer.IO, Sendgrid) and analytics tools (PowerBI, LookerStudio).
Practical experience with warm-up tools (Folderly, Warmy) and deliverability testing tools.
Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email infrastructure.
