Protiviti is looking for a Marketing Analytics Senior Consultant to join our growing Digital Consulting team.  

 

What You Can Expect 

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of the delivery return responsible for client implementation and ongoing services related to marketing analytics. You will be part of a cross-functional team as a doer and advisor on behalf of clients within various industries. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.  At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

• You enjoy setting up platforms to enable Customer Journey Analytics and leveraging analytics to drive experiences. 

• You are motivated to learn and interested in all things related to digital analytics, primarily Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics, including the latest trends and developments.  

• You are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing clients with exceptional experiences. 

• You have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership.  

• You contribute to a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.  

• You create development opportunities for others and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities. 

• You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.   

 

Do Your Talents Include the Following? 

• Experience with or understanding of: 

• Experience guiding strategies utilizing analytics. 

• Understanding of how Customer Data Platforms (CDP) contribute to data architecture, personalization, and analysis. 

• Documentation skills, including handling and updating documents such as client solutions design references (SDR) and other business requirement documents (BRD). 

• Dive into accounts and find insights and opportunities for performance improvement to maximi
