The </span><span>Equipment Maintenance Technician Team </span><span>consists of 2 </span><span>others</span><span> </span><span>Equipment</span><span> </span><span>M</span><span>aintenance </span><span>Technicians who</span><span> work </span><span>in shifts</span><span>, and report to the Technical &amp; Business Support Manager. </span><span>You’ll</span><span> work a</span><span>longside several operators who report to the 2 shift Supervisors (they handle the operations). In a regular shift you will </span><span>participate</span><span> in the shift kick off meetings with Team Leaders. After you have been fully </span><span>briefed</span><span> you </span><span>are responsible for</span><span> checking and prioritizing issues from our 24 machines reported via e-mail and our Shopfloor system. </span><span>Next to that</span><span> you will be performing scheduled preventative maintenance activities. And you may </span><span>assist</span><span> with installation, </span><span>configuration</span><span> operation and maintenance of systems, hardware and software, and related infrastructure in our </span><span>logistics</span><span> warehouse.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b>WHAT WILL YOU DO?</b></p><p></p><p><span><span>Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical</span><span>, </span></span><span><span>electrical, digital, pneumatic systems and</span></span><span><span> </span><span>components </span><span>such as</span><span> </span></span><span><span>servo and stepper motors, vision systems and cameras, pneumatic actuators, sensors (</span><span>e.g.</span><span> proximity, optical), PLCs and HMIs, Heating elements, circuit boards, </span><span>etc.</span></span><span><span>  </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Execution of preventive maintenance </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Reporting </span><span>on</span><span> </span><span>maintenance activities executed</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Analysis of system errors </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Replacements of machine spare parts </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Communicate </span><span>with in- and external business partners</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Perform other duties / assignments that might be occasionally </span><span>required</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>WHO YOU ARE? </span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>You already have some technical experience </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You can interpret engineering drawings in reference to layout and location </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You can </span><span>identify</span><span> mechanical </span><span>problems,</span><span> and you have mechanical fault-rectification skills </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You can easily </span></span><span><span>handle</span></span><span><span> work under pressure </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You feel comfortable collaborating with others, but you can also work independently and make decisions when needed</span><span>.</sp
