Fundraising Events Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising events.
• Coordinating event logistics, including preparing and organizing materials and supplies for events.
• Supporting the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events.
• Engaging with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Conducting market research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities.
• Providing administrative support to the fundraising team, including maintaining records and managing correspondence.
• Monitoring and reporting on the success of fundraising events, offering insights for future improvements.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of event plans and timelines.
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure all event needs are met.
• Supporting the fundraising team in meeting financial targets and goals.
• Assisting with donor and sponsor communications, including thank you letters and follow-ups.
• Helping manage event registrations and attendee communications.
• Supporting event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
