About the Role:

CHANEL is looking for a top tier ambassador and artist to join our National Beauty Team in Orange County, CA. You will play a leading role in delivering unparalleled client experiences and education development support for the brand. This role interfaces with clients and our Sales Field community and is a key partner for Education & Field Sales. Our ideal candidate will have 3 + years of experience and a passion for embodying the values of Chanel.

Position Logistics:

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in retail or other relevant experiences.
• Elevated and experienced artistry skills in client facing environments
• Ability to work from a Home Office
• Orange County area home base
• Travel is required by car, train and plane at times- annual travel 50-70%
• Available to work weekends when planned
• Ability to lift at minimum 40 pounds
• Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results. 

Compensation:

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,100 through $120,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for this position. Other components will include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
