Job Summary:

Currently seeking an experienced Senior Analyst with a strong background in analytics, financial planning & analysis, and sales operations. You will work independently to determine appropriate actions and consider alternative solutions. Your role will involve managing sales data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide their professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Salesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform to deliver complex projects to enable better salesforce experience for sales/servicing teams.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce objects, workflows, data management, and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues effectively.
• Solution Design:Ability to build solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholders from cross functional teams to collaboratively work towards a shared vision of the project.
