Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position:</p><p> </p><p><strong>Senior Data Warehouse Engineer</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description </strong></p><p>● Accountable for setting-up the architecture &amp; maintenance processes of the central Data Warehouse that consumes ALL data from ALL systems, secures data harmonization &amp; establish processes to secure flawless operation</p><p>● Supports ALL internal data customers (Marketing, CRM, Commercial Reporting &amp; Consumer insights, Content management &amp; viewership, Finance, Operations, etc)</p><p>● Interfaces with external vendors to establish &amp; secure the necessary data integration points and data flows</p><p>● Designs and implements DWH and BI systems based on business and functional requirements as well as on Company product specifications.</p><p>● Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture</p><p>● Identify and gather various sources of data both structured and non-structured</p><p>● Decide how data sources or storage will scale for the future and how will be maintained</p><p>● Figure out the risk of 3rd party framework / platforms</p><p>● Configure Data Management Platform based on overall Tech architecture and product demands</p><p>● Create technical requirements for 3rd party / vendor solutions, evaluate proposals and steer vendors to deliver future-proof and high-quality solutions and services</p><p>● Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouse</p><p>● Define the data architecture framework, standards and principles, including modeling, metadata, security</p><p>● Define reference architecture, which is a pattern that others can follow to create and improve data systems</p><p>● Define data flows, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition</p><p>● Roll out data systems solutions and co-ordinate quality plus performance testing</p><p>● Evaluate the data mining strategy in terms of velocity, volume, variety, etc.</p><p>● Make data governance a priority</p><p>● Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems</p><p>● Translate a technical problem into business terms and the reverse</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>● A relevant degree in the field of Engineering, IT</p><p>● 5+ years’ experience in data management and data integration</p><p>● Hands-on experience in Production Data Lake architecture in cloud and Big Data implementations in general</p><p>● Proficiency in Sql and ETL/ELT pipelines</p><p>● Deep knowledge in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, Cassandra)</p><p>● Experience with AWS cloud services</p><p>● Additional hosting technologies knowledge Microsoft, Google, etc. is a plus</p><p>● Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages is a plus: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.</p><p>● Expertise in modern data warehousing techniques (dimensional data modeling)</p><p>● Data APIs Management and Architecture understanding</p><p>● Familiarity with Big Data models and tools</p><p>● Detail-oriented and ready to collaborate enthusiastically within the team</p><p>● Passionate and curious for the VOD and subscription based services in other words for the company’s DNA</p><p>● Ability to understand and support the unique needs of small businesses / start up</p><p>● Be able to accommodate and adapt to new market and IT trends</p><p>● Creative and strategic thinker, innovative problem-solving skills, highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines</p><p>● Fluency in English</p><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li></ul><ul> <li>Health and Life Insurance Plan</li> <li>Friendly and challenging working environment</li> </ul><p> </p><p>After the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s requirements to arrange an interview. </p><p> </p><p>The selected candidates will be invited to attend an initial interview and be informed about further steps.
