Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist Accounts Receivable management in AR related activities.
• Work closely with billing, customer service, sales and sales management in problem resolution.
• Work with offshore teams to complete balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis.
• Work with offshore personnel and assist in resolving and rectifying outstanding issues.
• Participate in the month end closing process.
• Work with offshore teams to ensure cash applications is completed timely and accurately.
• Work with offshore personnel in verifying cash application and assist in maintaining daily cash reconciliation spreadsheets for each business.
• Perform quality assurance and compliance in AR related activities.
• Prepare/distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
• Work with managers on billing system conversions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned / special projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Min of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting related experience
• Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Oracle experience is desired.
• Review of Accounts Receivable activity for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles
• A proven track record in meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Solid Excel skills (experience with Vlookup and PivotTables)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to details.
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to multi-task exceptionally well.

Annual Pay Range:

55,100 - 70,000 USD
