The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, community management, and analytics. You have experience creating and managing the marketing calendar and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Click Dimensions. You have the unique combination of creative and analytical skills to create content, measure the impact and bring new ideas to the team.

What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including paid search, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of our products, industry trends, product uses and customer success stories.
- Assist the creative team to design compelling graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Partner with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Website and SEO Management
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize website pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Work with web developers to enhance user experience and implement website enhancements.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives, using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and insights to guide future strategies.
Email Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Build segmented email lists and A/B test subject lines, messaging, and layouts for optimal performance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
