The Transaction Coordinator manages all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring each file is accurate, complete, and compliant with FREC, NAR, and company policies. This role serves as the central point of communication between agents, clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through successful closing.
  • Review all transaction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FREC, NAR, and company standards.
  • Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
  • Monitor key contract dates, contingencies, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of all requirements.
  • Maintain organized transaction records and update systems with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Support agents with documentation, compliance questions, and administrative needs throughout each transaction.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to ensure a smooth client and agent experience.
